Draft · updated 9 October 2026. Funtoolio policies are being prepared for preview use; required launch disclosures remain under preparation. Mandatory rights remain applicable.
Funtoolio Terms of Use
These draft terms cover the shared identity service. Each participating product publishes its own terms, privacy information, prices and support limits for its features.
Accounts and access
Use a Google account you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, abuse sign-in or interfere with the service. Shared identity confirms an authenticated account, not a person’s legal identity or authority to sign a business agreement.
Separate products and sessions
Products receive permitted identity claims and keep their own users, permissions and data. Signing in here does not automatically record agreement to every product’s terms. Guest users may never visit this sign-in service; products must provide their own notices and obtain any necessary agreement.
Signing out here ends the central session. Existing product sessions can remain active until you sign out there or they expire. Deleting a product account does not automatically delete this identity account or another product’s data.
Free or low-cost, self-service operation
There is no dedicated support desk, live chat, onboarding, service-level agreement or guaranteed response or resolution time. Routine requests may receive no individual reply. Mandatory privacy, security, consumer and legal obligations remain separate. The shared sign-in service does not itself offer a paid subscription.
Availability and restrictions
Access depends on Google, hosting and participating applications. Downtime or errors are possible. Reasonable restrictions may be necessary for abuse, security or legal obligations; mandatory rights remain applicable. There is no guarantee that all products will always remain available.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as is and as available. These draft disclaimers do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable jurisdiction, final liability wording and operator disclosures must be reviewed before launch.
Privacy, contact and changes
Full privacy disclosures and a monitored essential-contact channel must be completed before public launch. Final terms need a version, effective date, appropriate change notices and an agreement process where required; this draft and a successful sign-in do not establish acceptance of a finalized contract.
